Always on my Mind was voted the top cover version of all time in a BBC vote recently. We want to know, when you guys hit the karaoke stage, what's the tune that you belt out?
Well, of course I don’t really do karaoke. A few years ago though a friend of ours who is an artist had a big exhibition opening and at the party afterwards in a casino they forced me to sing West End Girls to the karaoke. And halfway through this, quite a famous artist called Tracey Emin crashed onto the stage ... and I think that was the last time I sang karaoke. I once did it in Japan, and I sang Do you Really Want to Hurt Me by Culture Club. бедняга. Хотел бы я это услышать!

In the shower? Actually I was just walking down the corridor in this flat singing – because I was just on iTunes seeing what was going on – and although I am not really a huge fan, there’s an incredibly catchy song on One Direction’s album called Even When the Night Changes and I was walking through the flat five minutes ago singing that song. [Breaks into song]

Some of our young stars haven’t been on their best behaviour, we’re talking about Justin Bieber, Chris Brown, Lindsay Lohan; we want to be really, really honest. Name a young celeb that you would put up for adoption if you were their parent.
I don’t necessarily follow all this tabloid nonsense, you know. I think with someone like Justin Bieber, I think what happens is the media and the press are very aggressive with him, and I think they trigger these situations. And also Justin Bieber is at an age where people can feel self-conscious and they get put into these embarrassing and preposterous scenes by paparazzi mainly. And it’s a constant pressure because it’s kind of a game: the paparazzi want to get Justin Bieber to hit them, and then they can prosecute him for hitting someone. It’s a kind of entrapment and I think it’s quite unpleasant really. So in this I am on Justin Bieber’s side.
